Baby Led Weaning Workshop
Introducing chunked foods As the baby approaches six months of age, many parents wonder whether it is better to introduce mashed or chopped foods. Baby Led Weaning – or self-regulated infant feeding – consists of introducing complementary feeding through whole foods instead of mashed foods. They are arranged in such a way that the baby can pick them up and put them in his mouth. He will taste for himself and decide the amount of food to eat. In this workshop we will learn how to gradually introduce new foods and textures according to the age of the child. The workshop is led by dietician and nutritionist Maria Cabrera. Day: Saturday, October 27 Time: from 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Venue: European International School of Barcelona. Avd. Pla del Vinyet 110 Price: 28€ Reservation: bheathy@bhealthy
