Informative talk at EISBarcelona On Tuesday, February 12, at 7 pm, the Pedagogical Director of EISBarcelona, Mike Barrett, will give a talk in which he will explain in detail the three high school diplomas that can be taken at the school: the British, the American High School Diploma (American High School Diploma) and the National Diploma, which is 40% taught in English.
The talk will take place in the Auditorium/Theater (no RSVP is required and it is open to external audiences). Three baccalaureate programs to suit the needs of each student EISBarcelona’s mission is to offer its students the options that best suit their preferences so that they can be educated while developing their full potential.
Each student is unique, and this sensitivity towards each student goes hand in hand with a commitment to educational excellence.
That is why, starting in September, the school will offer the British Baccalaureate (known as International Advanced Levels).
Secondary school students will be able to choose between three baccalaureate programs: the British, the American High School Diploma (American High School Diploma) and the National Baccalaureate, 40% of which is taught in English.
All these baccalaureates are academically equivalent to the other international baccalaureates, and prepare students to study the university degree of their choice at universities around the world.
In the case of the International Advanced Levels, which is now incorporated into the center’s educational offer, the subjects will be taught exclusively in English, and is aimed at students with a good command of the language (IELTS 6.5).
The talk is an excellent opportunity to learn in detail about the characteristics of these three options, and how they respond to the expectations of students and families.
