ISSA Football Tournament 2014
ISSA (International Schools Sports Association) Soccer Tournament
From November 6 to 8, the ISSA Soccer Tournament took place at Europa International School.
After two days of good soccer, exciting games and some surprises, the long awaited final between the host team and the Lisbon team took place on Sunday.
After a heart-stopping final, with a corner that the SDIS team took advantage of to score the winning goal, and a disallowed goal for the EISB team, the Portuguese team was finally proclaimed the winner.
We would like to thank all the families of the school, the students (especially our new incorporations of the CFGS in Physical and Sports Activities Animation who were always supporting the organization), and our visitors from the American School Madrid (ASM), Sant Michael’s College (SMC), Deutsche Schule London (DSL), Bilkent Laboratory & International School (BLIS), Southbank International School (SIS), ACS Egham International School (ACSE), International School Aberdeen (ISA), Saint Dominic’s International School (SDIS) and ACS Egham International School (ACSE). International School (BLIS), Southbank International School (SIS), ACS Egham International School (ACSE), International School Aberdeen (ISA), Saint Dominic’s International School (SDIS) and International School London (ISL) because without them all this would not have been possible.
