Emotional development

We want every child to grow up with security, confidence and emotional well-being, always respecting their individual pace, interests and needs.

Emotions play a central role at this stage, because feeling loved, supported and understood is the foundation for discovering the world with confidence.

Early learning

Our educational practice is inspired by methodologies such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori and Glenn Doman.

Through play, exploration and everyday experiences, children discover, experiment, create and develop their natural curiosity in a meaningful and respectful way.

International environment

At Nursery EISB, children grow up in a close, family-like environment where they naturally live alongside different languages and cultures.

Through their everyday experiences, they discover values such as respect, diversity and curiosity about the world around them.

Our method

Language immersion

Children are able to acquire different languages in a multilingual environment that mirrors natural language learning.

In Nursery (N1 and N2), the programme is delivered 50% in English, 25% in Spanish and 25% in Catalan.

Each teacher accompanies the children in their native language, encouraging them to experience languages in a spontaneous and natural way through songs, routines, play and everyday experiences.

Adaptation and well-being

We know that every child experiences the adaptation process differently.

That’s why we accompany each family closely and personally, respecting their own pace and needs to ensure a calm, secure and positive transition.

Families who wish to do so can adjust their child’s schedule during this process, supporting the well-being and peace of mind of everyone involved.

We want both children and their families to experience this stage with confidence, calm and security.

We believe that the relationship between families and the school is essential during the early years of life.

That’s why we foster close, ongoing communication based on mutual trust, accompanying families in a personalised way and making them part of their children’s growth and experiences.

Communication and language

Songs, stories, conversations and play are part of the daily routine, encouraging each child to express themselves, interact and discover new ways of communicating, always respecting their own pace of development.

Personal, social and emotional development

We support children in their first relationships, helping them to share, make new friends, understand their emotions and grow up with security, confidence and emotional well-being.

Physical development

Moving, exploring, touching, playing and discovering are part of everyday life in Nursery through psychomotor skills, outdoor play, the swimming pool and various sensory experiences adapted to each stage.

Discovering numbers and shapes

Through play and experimentation, children naturally discover numbers, shapes, spaces and their first logical relationships in a hands-on and fun way.

Discovering our world

Contact with nature, the school garden and sensory experiences awaken children’s natural curiosity, helping them to observe, explore and discover the world around them.

Creativity and expression

Healthy eating

Healthy habits from the very first years of life

At Nursery, we offer a nutritious, balanced and tasty menu, freshly prepared every day at school under the supervision of our nurse and nutritionist.

We adapt the meals to each child’s needs, always ensuring their well-being and supporting them closely during lunchtime.

Meals take place in an exclusive dining room for Nursery and are always supervised by the pupils’ reference teachers.

Therefore, Nursery EISB has spaces specially designed for this stage, as well as a specialised team that supports each child in a close and personalised way.
